Ordering & Bulk Orders
How long does an order take to ship?
Standard orders leave the workshop in 3–5 business days. Bulk and corporate orders get a dedicated production timeline shared upfront in your quote.
Do you do bulk pricing for schools and offices?
Yes — flag pins, uniforms and branded bottles are all quoted with tiered bulk pricing. Reach out with quantity and design details for a quote.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum — we print single pieces as happily as bulk runs. Pricing per unit simply improves at higher quantities.
Can I order a custom design that isn't on the site?
Absolutely. Send your artwork, logo or idea through the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll share a digital proof before anything goes to print.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be edited or cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing them, before production begins. After that, custom-printed items can't be cancelled since they're made to order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Orders below that carry a flat, affordable shipping fee calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also reach out to us directly with your order number for a status update.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. For international bulk or corporate orders, message us directly and we'll see what's possible.
Sizing & Product
What's your size guide for t-shirts?
Regular fit runs true to standard Indian sizing (S–XXL); oversized styles run one size looser. Product pages note the fit type — message us if you need exact chest measurements.
What fabric and GSM do you use for tees?
Most tees are 180–220 GSM combed cotton, pre-shrunk and colour-fast. Exact fabric details are listed on each product page.
How durable is the print — will it crack or fade?
Our DTF and sublimation prints are tested for 50+ wash cycles. Washing cold, inside-out, and avoiding direct ironing on the print area keeps it looking sharp longest.
Can I see a sample or proof before bulk printing?
Yes — every bulk and custom order gets a digital proof for approval before production starts, and physical samples can be arranged for larger institutional orders.
Returns, Refunds & Payments
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused items in original packaging are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Custom bulk orders are handled case by case — contact us before returning anything.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no questions asked on genuine print or quality defects.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets at checkout. Corporate and bulk orders can also be settled via bank transfer against an invoice.
