Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Claim your Exchange/Return/Refund within 5 days from date of receiving order.

To return a product to us, please follow these steps:

1. Create a ‘Return Request’ by sending message on What’s App at +91 98101 60479.
2. On Receipt of ‘Return Request’, we will confirm the pick up with in 24 hours
3. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
4. Our Logistic Partner will pick up it.
5. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
6. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us
7. Refund will be credited to your desired bank account. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
